This month we are pleased to welcome Dublin-based Vidatum Ltd as a new institutional member of euroCRIS. Vidatum is a CRIS provider whose solution also includes modules for Ethics and Grant Management. There are already seven Vidatum instances in the euroCRIS Directory of Research Information Systems (DRIS), most of them at Irish universities but also including the GRIS national system currently used by 12 universities in Georgia.
After the 2021 edition was held as a virtual conference, the 3rd Expert Finder Systems International Forum will be held again as an in-person event this year. The event will take place Apr 5-6, 2023 in Coral Gables, Miami, Florida under the banner "Connecting the dots" and its full programme has already been made available. Early bird registration is open until Jan 30, 2023.
The elections for the new euroCRIS Board 2023/24 were completed as of Dec 30th, 2022 – thanks to all members that cast their votes in the process. The results have produced three new Board members for the next two years that will replace the three former members that stepped down at the end of 2022. The three newly elected Board members are Sophie Biesenbender (KFiD, Germany), Michael Greil (U Vienna, Austria) and Dragan Ivanovic (U Novi Sad, Serbia).
