Following the fruitful discussions held at the CRIS2024 conference session devoted to Artificial Intelligence and CRIS systems last May, a group of participants in that session have launched the AI4CRIS working group. AI4CRIS is to focus on focused on leveraging Artificial Intelligence to enhance Current Research Information Systems (CRIS).
The leads for this new WG (see the group webpage for more info) have prepared a brief survey to collect input from euroCRIS members on current AI usage and on the challenges faced by institutions. The findings will be discussed at a first online meeting at 3pm CEST on Tue Oct 22nd, where key topics and future projects will be identified.
