Two interesting online events will be held next week with the participation of euroCRIS. First, at 2pm CEST on Mon Sep 27th the 2nd virtual euroCRIS–EARMA meeting will address how institutions are handling their early-stage project management workflows. Later in the week at 15:30 CEST on Thu Sep 30th the monthly euroCRIS webinar on "Ethics and CRISs" will be held with euroCRIS Board member Joachim Schöpfel and Otmane Azeroual as lead presenters.
The event website for the CRIS2022 conference has already been released by the University of Zagreb Computing Centre (SRCE). The CRIS2022 conference will be held as an on-site event in Dubrovnik next May 12-14, 2022 and is jointly organised by euroCRIS and the Croatian Ministry of Science and Education.
The call for proposals for the on-site CRIS2022 Conference, to be held May 12-14, 2022 in Dubrovnik, Croatia, is already available on the euroCRIS website. The CfP welcomes contributions aligned with the general theme for the conference -- Linking research information across data spaces -- or with the other conference topics listed on the call.
Following the publication of their Dec'2020 paper "Research Ethics, Open Science and CRIS" in MDPI Publications, the presenters of this Sep 30th webinar (Joachim Schöpfel, U Lille and euroCRIS Board member and Otmane Azeroual, DZHW) have conducted a survey to learn more about the views of research information management practitioners on this topic. The results of the survey will be presented during the session, offering an opportunity to discuss their implications.
Following the First National Conference on Research Information Management held in Arequipa in Jul 2018, the PerúCRIS project to develop a national CRIS infrastructure in the country will host a second conference on the topic on Sep 9th and 10th, 2021. This second conference will be international in scope and will be run as a virtual event.
