A new survey has recently been released by OCLC and euroCRIS to identify practices related to research information management applied by research universities and institutions worldwide.
This survey 2017 on Research Information Management Practices builds on top of the previous EUNIS/euroCRIS survey on Current Research Information System (CRIS) and Institutional Repository (IR) implementation at European level. This 2017 survey aims to cover not just operational platforms, but also systems under implementation by institutions worldwide. Moreover, it makes specific emphasis on gathering more information on the increasing role of research libraries in supporting research information management processes.
The survey is already available online and will be widely disseminated to collect as comprehensive a snapshot as possible on the current status of RIM practices and systems worldwide. The survey will remain open until Jan 2018.
