The OCLC/euroCRIS report "Practices and Patterns in Research Information Management: Findings from a Global Survey" was released on Tue Dec 4th.
This report examines the findings from the comprehensive worldwide survey on RIM practices jointly carried out by OCLC and euroCRIS in late 2017 and early 2018 as a follow-up to the previous 2016 EUNIS/euroCRIS survey on CRISs and IRs. The report, introduced by Lorcan Dempsey (OCLC) and Ed Simons (euroCRIS), provides a snapshot of the current practices, relevant stakeholders and systems in the area of institutional research information management. Several presentations summarising the early findings of this work have been delivered by OCLC and euroCRIS reps at events like the 2018 EARMA conference in Brussels, the 2018 Pure conference in Philadelphia and last week's euroCRIS Strategic Membership Meeting in Warsaw.
