Following the presentation "PID Network Germany – community building and national roadmap development across ten PID use cases" delivered by Uni Bielefeld's Andreas Czerniak at the euroCRIS Spring 2023 membership meeting in Brussels last year, euroCRIS will be represented in the project workshop on "PIDs for Open Access Publication Services and CRIS" to be held as a hybrid event at the University of Bielefeld on Mar 20th, 2024.
The event programme features two euroCRIS representatives: Technical Secretary Pablo de Castro will deliver a talk called "Pros and Cons of PIDs for CRIS Registration Services", while Board member and WWUM CRIS manager Sebastian Herwig will present (with Uni Göttingen's Daniel Beucke) the suggestions on PIDs made by the DINI Working Group on CRIS and e-Publishing.
